Returns & Refunds
We offer a simple 30-day returns period. If you’re not completely happy or the product is damaged, you can return unused items for a full refund.

Once we receive and check your returned item, we usually process refunds within 3–5 working days.
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail, Evri or a trusted courier. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is sent.
Yes, we deliver to all UK mainland addresses. We also ship to Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact date, but our delivery estimated times are 3 to 5 days after purchase.
