Ensure the wall is clean, smooth, and completely dry. Open the locking latches. Press the suction cups firmly and evenly against the wall. Close the latches securely. Give it a gentle test pull before use to test it.
Please note: Always use the grab rail for support only - do not put your full body weight on it.

How do you make it stick?
First wipe the wall clean to keep the wall smooth and dry, make the suction cup handrail buckle latch open, press the suction cup handle firmly and vertically on the wall, then press the buckle firmly to ensure that the suction cup is tightly attached to the wall, and finally make sure that the suction grab rail is completely firmly adsorbed to the wall. If it does not adhere firmly, repeat the above steps.
How easy is it to install - do I need any tools or drilling?
It’s completely tool-free and no-drill. Simply press the suction pads firmly onto the wall and wait for a few seconds, then lock the levers. It can be removed and repositioned easily whenever you need to, without leaving any marks or damage.
